Sosoft is a water-based acrylic fabric paint from the Americana Decoart brand. It works by penetrating the fabric, preventing the paint from cracking and giving it great resistance to washing. They are opaque colors with great coverage capacity. It does not need heat fixation or the use of mediums to resist washing in the washing machine. It can be applied with a brush or sponge. Brushes are washed with soap and water after using this paint. 48 hour drying time. Once dry, it resists washing in a washing machine. It can be applied on cotton and most fabrics. Not toxic. Colors that can be mixed with each other.
It is recommended to use on pre-washed fabrics without fabric softener. Do not use on new garments without washing first, because the finish they may have makes the paint not set well. Fabric softeners also cause poor fixation. The fabric can be moistened with a spray of water so that the paint brush slides better.

ATTENTION: **We offer home delivery of canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in handling them themselves, whether due to their size or distance from their home. Returns and exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistical, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the shipping company charges us plus the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover it. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden crate, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase overall costs. We make every effort to pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to offer the service, but we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. To date, we estimate that 3% of our orders result in canvases arriving damaged. The customer must be willing to try to resolve any issues with our help and advice. We also offer the option for customers to purchase canvases for in-store pickup and arrange for their own courier to collect them. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging. Returns are not accepted for canvases, paints, papers, or napkins.

Warranty and returns
If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
