We ship craft materials throughout Spain, Europe and the world. For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula within Spanish territory, it takes 24-72 hours. For island and foreign orders it takes a little longer depending on the destination and the material.

Shipping costs:

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal amount of the shopping cart. In short, the higher the amount, the cheaper the shipping cost will be.

• Amount from 7 0.00 euro s= 3.50 euros

Canvases and other heavy and large-sized products are not included in these promotions and are calculated by volumetric weight.

For canvases, stretchers, easels and other large materials, prices vary by size and quantity. The price usually ranges between 7 euros and 20 euros. These are not shipped outside the peninsula or national territory. To get an estimate, add the items to your cart and go to checkout.

ATTENTION **We offer the home delivery service for the canvases due to the difficulty of our clients in taking care of them, due to their size or distance from the home. Returns or exchanges of canvases are not allowed due to logistics, handling and packaging issues. The transport price refers to the net cost of what the agency charges us and the cost of packaging. For this reason, we inform you that there is no insurance cost included since neither the transport company nor the insurers want to take charge. This type of merchandise would require a custom wooden box, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and increase costs substantially. For our part, we do everything possible to try to pack the merchandise as best as possible to be able to offer the service, but in some cases we take responsibility. To date, we estimate that in 3% of operations, the canvases arrive with some damage. The client must be willing to try to solve the problems with our help and advice.
We also offer the possibility for the client to purchase the canvases with delivery to the store and have them picked up by their own agency. We limit ourselves to delivering the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging.
Returns of canvases, paints, papers, or napkins are also not accepted.

 Shipping methods and delivery times

The shipping method is with GLS with transportation 24-72 hours. The maximum delivery time for the product will be 7 working days (Monday to Friday). If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, these deadlines may be modified, since the order will be shipped as soon as we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Once the order has been validated and payment has been verified, customer service will contact the Customer to confirm the delivery date.

Attention : Under no circumstances will shipments be made to post office boxes.
