We ship craft supplies to all of Spain, Europe, and the world. For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula within Spain, we take 24-72 hours. For orders to the islands and abroad, it takes a little longer, depending on the destination and the material.

Shipping costs:

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal amount of your shopping cart. In short, the higher the amount, the cheaper the shipping cost.

• Amount between 0 -69.99 euros = 6.00 euros
• Amount from 70.00 euros = 3.50 euros

Canvas and other heavy and oversized products are not included in these promotions and are calculated by volumetric weight.

For canvases, stretcher bars, easels, and other large materials, prices vary by size and quantity. Prices typically range from €7 to €20. These items are not shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula or other national territory. To obtain an estimate, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

ATTENTION **We offer home delivery service for canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in shipping them due to their size or distance from home. Returns or exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistics, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the agency charges us and the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover this cost. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden box, and we believe the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase costs. We do our best to package the merchandise as best as possible to be able to offer the service, but in some cases we are responsible. To date, we estimate that in 3% of transactions, the canvases arrive damaged. The customer must be willing to try to solve the problems with our help and advice.
We also offer customers the option of purchasing canvases with in-store delivery and having them picked up by their own agency. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging.
Returns on canvases, paints, papers, and napkins are also not accepted.

 Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping is via GLS with 24-72 hour delivery. The maximum delivery time for the product is 7 business days (Monday to Friday). If your chosen payment method is bank transfer, these times may vary, as the order will be shipped as soon as we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Once the order has been validated and payment has been verified, customer service will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date.

Attention : Under no circumstances will shipments be made to PO boxes.
