1. General Information

3.Orders

When accessing the Web, all the product families and the featured products of each family that the company sells will appear. Company . 4.Prices

All prices of our products displayed in the list are with taxes included, unless otherwise indicated.

In relation to the Value Added Tax (VAT), as a general rule, the tax rate in force in Spain will be applied, for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All those companies belonging to countries of the European Union except Spain and that are registered as intra-community operator will be exempt from paying this tax. For sales to companies, you must first contact customer service before placing the order.

VAT will not be charged on sales to any other country in the world, however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (all customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping price, and must be paid in destination by the recipient of the merchandise).

The prices of the products may be reviewed and modified, by the Company , if conditions require it at any time.

5.Products on Offer

All products that Company promoted at a special price will be displayed on the Web with the following information: offer price, regular price and end date of the offer or promotion. These offers will be available until the indicated date, unless stocks last.

6.Warranty

The clients of Company They benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not included in this warranty.

Decreases in the functionality of the articles, due to limitations in their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

7.Shipping methods and delivery times

The maximum delivery time for the product will be 7 working days (Monday to Friday). If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, these deadlines may be modified, since the order will be shipped as soon as we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Once the order has been validated and payment has been verified, customer service will contact the Customer to confirm the delivery date.

Attention : Under no circumstances will shipments be made to post office boxes.

The Company reserves the right to modify delivery times and type of shipping without prior notice in the case of special orders. To resolve any questions in this regard, contact our Customer Service.

8.Material returns policy

If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

Our Customer Service has after-sales procedures to solve any problem with our items or shipments, and manage product returns or exchanges.

In the event of a product return or exchange, the Customer must send the product by their own means, postage paid, attaching a copy of the original invoice. Please note that the Company does not accept freight collect shipments. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the product(s) perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept returns. Returns of DVDs or videos will not be accepted if they lack the original seal.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the previous conditions are met, the Company will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made, and, where appropriate, the shipment of the new product:

- If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card. 
- If payment was made by transfer or cash on delivery, we will request an account number to pay the amount. 
- If the payment was made through your PayPal account, the amount will be credited to the same account.

9.Payment methods

Wire transfer

When you select “bank transfer” you will be shown the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of the Company. Likewise, in the order confirmation email that you will receive, we will also inform you of this information. As a transfer concept, you must indicate the order number, the first and last name that appears in the order confirmation email.

You have 4 calendar days to make the transfer. After this time your purchase will be cancelled.

If you wish, you can send us proof of the transfer to the Customer Service email address. But in any case, the payment will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in euros and that all possible exchange and bank fees are your responsibility when opting for this payment system.

10.Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily to everything that has not been provided for in them.

For the resolution of all controversies or issues related to the Website or the activities carried out therein, current Spanish legislation will apply, to which the Company expressly submits. Company and the Clients and Internet Users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, with the Courts and Tribunals of the city of SAN SEBASTIAN DE LOS REYES being competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
