If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
ATTENTION *Canvas returns are not accepted due to logistics, handling and packaging issues.
Our Customer Service at Centroartesano has after-sales procedures to solve any problem with our items or shipments, and manage product returns or exchanges.
In case of return or change of product, the Customer must send the product by their own means, freight prepaid, attaching a copy of the original invoice. Please note that the Business does not accept postage due shipments. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.
It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged product(s) to us. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. The return of DVD or video will not be accepted either, if they lack the original seal.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, the Centroartisan will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made, and where appropriate, the shipment of the new product:
- If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
- If the payment was made by transfer or cash on delivery, we will ask you for an account number where to pay the amount.
- If the payment was made through your PayPal account, the amount will be credited to the same account.
