The transparency of our Professional Water Color is achieved through our unique pigment dispersion process during manufacturing. The natural characteristics of each pigment highlight the level of transparency of the paint. In water-based painting, thin washes are applied that allow the white of the paper to reflect through the wash.

Permanence
106 of the 109 colors in our Professional Water Color range are classified as 'permanent for artists' use', rated AA or A for archival permanence to ensure these colors used today will appear the same for generations to come.

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal amount of the shopping cart. In short, the higher the amount, the cheaper the shipping cost will be.

ATTENTION: **We offer the home delivery service for the canvases due to the difficulty of our clients in taking care of them, due to their size or distance from the home. Returns or exchanges of canvases are not allowed due to logistics, handling and packaging issues. The transport price refers to the net cost of what the agency charges us and the cost of packaging. For this reason, we inform you that there is no insurance cost included since neither the transport company nor the insurers want to take charge. This type of merchandise would require a custom wooden box, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and increase costs substantially. For our part, we do everything possible to try to pack the merchandise as best as possible to be able to offer the service, but in no case are we responsible. To date, we estimate that in 3% of operations, the canvases arrive with some damage. The client must be willing to try to solve the problems with our help and advice. We also offer the client the possibility of purchasing the canvases with delivery to the store and having them picked up by their own agency.
