Extra-fine quality oil, made up of specific pigments for fine arts, with high stability to light and luminosity. The drying vegetable oils that make up the Mir oil are chosen by so that they do not modify the tone of the pigment, they dry uniformly in a colorless layer, with maximum transparency and homogeneity.
A fundamental part of the production of Mir oil is the refining of the initial paste of pigment and oil. This mass is passed through mills made up of three steel rollers, as many times as necessary, to achieve the perfect dispersion of the pigment particles in the middle of the oil. In this way the oil will obtain its characteristics of fineness, creaminess, brightness and tinctorial power and the stability of the paint over time is favored both inside the tube and once applied.
Each pigment has a natural drying time, different depending on the temperature and humidity conditions. In the manufacture of the Mir oil painting we try to approximate the different drying times so that the colors of a work dry evenly, but we do not want to compromise the stability of the paint, so there will always be differences that the artist assumes as consubstantial to the oil technique.
The Mir oil range basically contains covering colors complemented with semi and totally transparent. Coverage is an intrinsic property of the pigment in the oil medium and the artist knows how to use both the covering pigments and the transparent ones that allow subtle glazing effects.
The MIR oil chart contains the traditional and authentic colors of Cadmium or Cobalt and incorporates modern organic pigments that imitate the shades of those at a lower price. In these cases we call the color Tone to distinguish it from the real thing. For example: Mir Cadmium Yellow Lemon (authentic) and MIR Cadmium Yellow Lemon Tone (organic)

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal of your shopping cart. Simply put, the higher the total, the cheaper the shipping.

- Canvases and other heavy and large products are not included in these promotions and are calculated by volumetric weight.

ATTENTION: **We offer home delivery of canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in handling them themselves, whether due to their size or distance from their home. Returns and exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistical, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the shipping company charges us plus the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover it. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden crate, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase overall costs. We make every effort to pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to offer the service, but we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. To date, we estimate that 3% of our orders result in canvases arriving damaged. The customer must be willing to try to resolve any issues with our help and advice. We also offer the option for customers to purchase canvases for in-store pickup and arrange for their own courier to collect them. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging. Returns are not accepted for canvases, paints, papers, or napkins.

Warranty and returns
If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
