Sosoft is a revolutionary paint for painting on fabrics, it is opaque and extremely soft so as not to distort the qualities of the garments on which they are applied. With Sosoft paints, a magnificent coverage is obtained, and it also withstands washing very well, and can even be washed in a washing machine. Sosoft acrylics are as soft as a dye, but also do not require an application of heat to set them and are permanent, with a smooth texture, not adding body to the fabric. Sosoft colors can be mixed together to achieve any shade you desire. Before applying them to a fabric, they should be washed in lukewarm water, without softeners or detergents, and ironed before painting. After painting, let the paint dry for 24-48 hours, and do not wash the garment until a week later. Do not use bleach or detergents with special additives.

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal of your shopping cart. Simply put, the higher the total, the cheaper the shipping.

- Canvases and other heavy and large products are not included in these promotions and are calculated by volumetric weight.

ATTENTION: **We offer home delivery of canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in handling them themselves, whether due to their size or distance from their home. Returns and exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistical, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the shipping company charges us plus the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover it. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden crate, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase overall costs. We make every effort to pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to offer the service, but we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. To date, we estimate that 3% of our orders result in canvases arriving damaged. The customer must be willing to try to resolve any issues with our help and advice. We also offer the option for customers to purchase canvases for in-store pickup and arrange for their own courier to collect them. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging. Returns are not accepted for canvases, paints, papers, or napkins.

Warranty and returns
If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
