Thinners / Solvents
- Characteristics: It is generally used to thin the consistency of oil paints, dilute varnishes, and clean utensils.
- Uses: Mixed with the colors they decrease their consistency, making them more fluid and transparent. They are especially suitable for cleaning utensils. In the case of brushes, a final wash with the MIR Brush Wash Shampoo is recommended to prolong their useful life and maintain their qualities for longer. They should be used sparingly, as in excess they can cause cracking of the colors as they remove part of the fat from the oil colours.
- Tip's: Whenever we work with solvents, a well-ventilated environment is advisable.
MIR Odorless Petroleum Essence
- Characteristics: With similar characteristics to the Essence of Petroleum MIR but completely odorless due to a distillation process that eliminates the odor-causing substances.
- Tip's: The lack of smell does not imply forgetting the precautions when using it, since the characteristics are the same as those of the Oil Essence.

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal of your shopping cart. Simply put, the higher the total, the cheaper the shipping.

ATTENTION: **We offer home delivery of canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in handling them themselves, whether due to their size or distance from their home. Returns and exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistical, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the shipping company charges us plus the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover it. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden crate, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase overall costs. We make every effort to pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to offer the service, but we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. To date, we estimate that 3% of our orders result in canvases arriving damaged. The customer must be willing to try to resolve any issues with our help and advice. We also offer the option for customers to purchase canvases for in-store pickup and arrange for their own courier to collect them. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging. Returns are not accepted for canvases, paints, papers, or napkins.

Warranty and returns
If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
