- MAINTENANCE (of decorated surfaces) : once dry, the colors resist light hand washing, without soaking. They resist glass cleaning products. Objects decorated with Vitrail cannot be used for food use, they are only decorative and only surfaces that will not be in contact with food can be decorated.

Applications :
Pébéo Vitrail products are applied by brush on most surfaces
carefully degreased transparent: glass, acetate, plexiglass polyester... To perfectly imitate stained glass, also use Cernes
Relief. They are applied directly from the tube to draw the figures before moving on to the Vitrail colours. Vitrail colors are also used in the cuve technique and are ideal for Pébéo mixed media.
Before using Gédéo Crystal Resin, it is recommended to apply a layer of Bindex (drying for 8 hours) on completely dry Vitrail colors (minimum 72 hours).

We offer tiered shipping rates with a subsidy proportional to the subtotal of your shopping cart. Simply put, the higher the total, the cheaper the shipping.

- Canvases and other heavy and large products are not included in these promotions and are calculated by volumetric weight.
-Shipping to the Canary and Balearic Islands = 8 euros (only papers or other lightweight products) Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla = 6 euros (we only ship papers or other lightweight products)
ATTENTION: **We offer home delivery of canvases due to the difficulty our customers have in handling them themselves, whether due to their size or distance from their home. Returns and exchanges of canvases are not accepted due to logistical, handling, and packaging issues. The shipping price refers to the net cost of what the shipping company charges us plus the cost of packaging. Therefore, we inform you that insurance is not included, as neither the shipping company nor the insurance companies are willing to cover it. This type of merchandise would require a custom-made wooden crate, and we believe that the costs of such work would delay deliveries and substantially increase overall costs. We make every effort to pack the merchandise as carefully as possible to offer the service, but we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. To date, we estimate that 3% of our orders result in canvases arriving damaged. The customer must be willing to try to resolve any issues with our help and advice. We also offer the option for customers to purchase canvases for in-store pickup and arrange for their own courier to collect them. We simply deliver the merchandise in its original condition, without packaging. Returns are not accepted for canvases, paints, papers, or napkins.

Warranty and returns
If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase, the Customer has a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
