American Multi-surface Satin Paint

Use this indoor/outdoor premium satin acrylic on almost any surface, including most plastics. They are self-sealing so no primer or varnish is required and they offer excellent coverage in one or two coats. This special formula is designed to paint on smoothly and once fully cured, creates a tough, durable finish that is highly resistant to cleaning chemicals.

Shake well. Clean the surface well and then apply 1-2 coats with a brush, palette knife or sponge. Air cured 7 days. For a superior, dishwasher-safe finish on oven-safe surfaces, place finished piece in a cool oven, set temperature to 325°F, bake 30 minutes, then cool with oven door partially open. Not for direct contact with food. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Cleans up with soap and water.
Tips for multiple surfaces
Clean stencils quickly before paint dries for easier reuse.
No primer or sealer is needed before painting or to protect the subsequent finish.
Get a nice, even finish on slippery surfaces like glass and metal by using a soft brush to spread the Multi-Surface paint, then leaving it level.
Use a light touch on slippery surfaces for best coverage. By pressing too firmly with the brush, the paint can come off the surface.
For an eggshell finish, use a high-density cosmetic sponge to pat the paint onto the surface. This technique will also give your base coat a "tooth" that makes it easier for additional layers of paint or painted designs to adhere.
